Inclusive Policy
I’ll shoot anyone as long as they are not posing. I welcome people and relationships of all kinds—any gender, sexual orientation, or polycule. Sessions can be held in your home, a hotel room, at a party, wherever you are comfortable. I don’t do glamour shots, all my work tells a story.
I will always respect your privacy but won’t assist in deceiving any partner(s). If needed, I may bring my partner or an assistant to ensure a smooth and professional session.
My goal is to capture your authentic selves and connection in a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free space.
Mutual Understanding
Before we begin, it’s essential to establish clear communication to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone involved.
- Understanding Expectations and Boundaries: I will take the time to fully understand your expectations, preferences, and any limitations you may have for the project. Open dialogue is key to creating a positive and respectful environment.
- Respect for Privacy and Consent: Privacy and consent are of utmost importance to me. I will only proceed with enthusiastic consent from every individual involved, obtained personally and directly. Your comfort and boundaries will always be respected.
This mutual understanding allows us to collaborate in a way that feels safe, authentic, and aligned with the vision.
Shooting Style
My approach is all about capturing the essence of who you are in a setting that feels natural and comfortable for you. Here’s what to expect:
- Authenticity Over Fantasy: I aim to capture your real self, not to create a fantasy or replicate movie-like supermodel poses. You are free to express yourselves within the legal boundaries of your comfort.
- Natural Flow: You can move and interact as you usually would. I may guide you to slow down at times but will not ask you to use unfamiliar props or perform actions that don’t align with who you are.
- Lighting Preference: I prefer working with natural sunlight to create soft, organic tones, rather than using artificial studio flash lighting.
- Sober Experience: Please remain sober throughout the session to ensure your comfort and safety, and to preserve the authenticity of the experience.
My goal is to document genuine moments that reflect your connection, creating timeless images true to your story.
Editing Style
I believe in celebrating your authentic self. My editing process focuses on enhancing the natural beauty of the moment rather than altering your appearance.
- No Drastic Alterations: I will not make you slimmer, enlarge your eyes, or change your physical features.
- Lightroom Editing Only: I will refine the images through professional Lightroom editing, focusing on adjustments like lighting, contrast, color tones, and overall mood. Photoshop or heavy retouching will not be used.
Copyright Options
You have the flexibility to decide how your photos are handled after the final delivery:
Full Client Ownership:
You retain full copyright, and I will delete all files after delivering the final products.
Shared Copyright Options:
If you are comfortable sharing copyright with me, the following options are available:
1a. Consent for the photographer to use all photos without restrictions.
1b. Consent for the photographer to use all photos without restrictions, with attribution to participants (e.g., tagging their names or handles, or including a watermark).
2. Consent for the photographer to use the photos without revealing the client’s identity and without restrictions.
3a. Consent for the photographer to use the photos without exposing the client’s identity, limited to personal use (not shared in the public domain).
3b. Consent for the photographer to use the photos without exposing the client’s identity, limited to private showcases (e.g., displayed on personal devices in private settings, not sent out or printed).
